Controlling & supervising all the production activities from raw material to slitting, recycling plant (EREMA).

General & preventive maintenance of plant.

To achieve monthly production targets, efficiency ratio.

Co-ordination with different department like PPC, QC to get necessary information and to take corrective action.

Handling manpower.

Plant housekeeping & maintain hygiene environment in plant
