Research Work

M.Tech project: Synthesis and characterization of Polyimides/imides from Dianhydrides with diamines/diisocyanates. (Research Supervisor: Dr. Vikrant V. shertukde)

Different temperature based synthesis of Polyimides and polyamideimides were carried out from Dianhydrides with diamines/diisocyanates. The comparison between yields was studied. Application study was done in surface coating.



Bachelor?s project: Preparation of Heat Resistant Paint. (Research Supervisor: Dr. P.V. Thorat)?

The Alkyd-Silicon, Acrylic-Silicon and Epoxy-Silicon respective paints were prepared at room temperature with different compositions by using convenient based synthesis method. The Epoxy-Silicon paint showed good heat resistant properties compairing with other paints.
