Involved in planning of production, ensure required material from stores, preparing all production document, Man Power planning monitoring of raw material consumption and rejection controlling

Production:

Production and Manpower planning and controlling.

Ensure required raw material from stores as per production schedule.

Mould loading and process setting with different kinds of materials.

Trouble shooting on production and mould problems.

Production quality plastic moulding from injection moulding machine by Controlling typical process parameters and achieving production targets early to the schedule time

Taking mould trials from new moulds and materials.

Extensive experience in processing of different materials on Cincinnati, L&T demag, Windsor, & electronica machines whose tonnage vary 80 to 550 tons

Maintenance:

Daily maintenance check for injection moulding machines.

Daily maintenance check for auxiliary equipments like water and chilling units.

Coolling towers, hot air ovens, hopper dryers, mould temp controllers.

Monthly preventive maintenance for injection moulding machines.
