Presently working at one of leading company engaged in manufacturing of     highly specialized Engineering Thermoplastics Resin through continuous polymerization (Bulk and Emulsion)

Position : Asst. Officer (Color matching Dept.)

Responsibility: 

Along with testing TABLE WORK includes,

?  Preparing various documents like Quality Document for Raw material, finished   

   products.

?  Maintaining daily routine documents and preparing daily reports and reporting to 

   seniors.

 

Responsibility experience in field of color matching.

?  New color shed development work as per customer requirement

?  Online color matching in B.E.P.L. existing color in different grades. Like injection  

   molding sheeting flame retardant ABS/PC blends glass fibers, fluorescent marble 

   color, metallic color etc in different types of extruder, twin screw and single 

   screw. 

?  Operating and trouble shooting of injection molding machine. Regulating and

   maintaining documents according to ISO 9001-2000.

?  Inspection and testing of pigment and TIO2 etc.

?  Investigation of customer complaints and suggesting corrective action for the 

   same.

?  Monitoring and guiding day to day activities related to CMD department in shift.

?  Preparing various documents like quality document for raw material finished 

   products.  

 

Handling Sophisticated Instrument like:

?  MACBETH COLOR EYE-2180 (software developed by premier color scan) 

?  X-RITE SP-68 spectrophotometer.
