Synopsis of Project Work:

NR Latex Carbon black master batch

Our batch prepared Latex ? Carbon black Master batch by mixing carbon black dispersion with latex and coagulated using 2% formic acid. The coagulum is sheeted and dried. The studies prove that it is commercially viable and technologically high valued master batch .The process gives better dispersion of ingredients especially Carbon black, low power consumption keeping better environment- compared to conventional master batch
