Job Profile: 

Planning production schedule & Achieving daily Production. 

Maintaining quality standards For the products during production & quality testing 

Controlling the Rejection at Various Stages of production 

Consumption of the raw material as per norms. 

Co-ordination with other functional departments like Quality Control, R & D, stores, Maintenance. I am responsible for 

Working Knowledge in semi automated plan using Jarman made ZSK-50 mc with gravimetric feeding system (K-tron loss in Weight Feeder), Useon- 75mm (china made) single & twin Screw (gravimetric Feeding K-tron), Kneader with force feeder, Injection molding machine & Other production related system. 

Colour Matching using Gretach Macbeth color eye spectro photometer 7000 A and also visually as per a standard in regular production. 

Processing knowledge of additive master batches like UV, FR, colour etc. 

Handling the man power.
