Feasibility study for new parts with CFT.

Trial of new parts on injection, vacuum compression & compression moulding machine

Understand Customer requirement & translate them into new product.

APQP/PPAP Documentation.

Joint inspection with Customers For New parts.

Improve critical processes through the SPC, conduct Cpk & Ppk Studies

Coordination with internal departments along with customers related to project for fulfill customer requirement .

Preparing standards and work instructions for all process according to new part
