Independently handling Production Planning for one entire plant, right from manpower handling to monitoring and controlling sales.

Co-coordinating with all concern departments like, Production, Store, Purchase, Sales, Tool room, Maintenance, HR and QC.

Monitoring and maintaining Inventories for Raw materials, Packing Materials, bought-out items and Semi finished-Finished goods for running production shop floor & secondary operations on daily/weekly basis.

Planning and monitoring of all production and assembly activity.

Collecting order from customers and sales. 

preparing order and coordinating with costumer for write time delivery?

Preparing Daily and monthly production report and monitoring the same on a daily basis.

Reconciliation activity of RM/Packing/bought (Preparing monthly and yearly?
