Ensure perfect manufacturing  system  by  optimum utilization  of manpower, machines, material, process, moulds & energy to achieve production quantity  & zero defect quality with frequent  Product and  Process  Audit.

Mould Breakdown, New tool development, machine breakdown, process improvement with SPC & Ensure total productive maintenance for machines, Equipment & Utilities.
