        Product Manufacture

Generate and issue instructions to shop floor and execution of production 

Process control & monitoring of parameters.

To analyze & control quality related problems

Monitor and control Non-Conformance products at production stage.

Monitor and control Waste and Scrap

Improve the operating systems in Manufacturing Process.

Assure quality of products

Adjust operational activities according to available information and resources for optimum production performance (Manpower, Material And Machine) 

Plan, coordinate and follow-up maintenance activities viz. routine, periodic maintenance and shutdown activities.

Control cost of production by efficient management of available resources as per standards and safety of people and products.



Compliance

Ensure that records for production & process control are maintained properly.
