Presently working with production department as a Plant Operator since 8 months.

I have worked in laboratory in diff-diff polymer like HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PVC, PP, PBT, PET, PMMA, PA, Nylon-6 etc.

Measurement and analysis of product.

Calibration & Validation of instruments

In process & finish product analysis and report preparation.

Customer complaint investigation.

Raw material testing.

To keep laboratory documents updated as per ISO documentation.

Pigment testing for LDPE, HDPE & PVC, Filter value in Plastic application & also testing for Masterbatches in plastic application.

And also testing in Paint Application.



Equipment's Handling:

Two roll Mill, Moulding Machine, Hyudrlic Machine, Extruder (One screw And Twin Screw) Visco Meter, pH Meter, Moisture Analyzers, Karl Fisher, Applicator, Tray dryer, Filter Press etc.
