Company Profile: Manufacturer of Medium voltage switch gear such as Air circuit breaker, Vaccum circuit breaker, Miniature circuit breaker, Switch diffusion fuse, Starter, control gear such as over load relays, Contactors.

Job Profile: 

Manufacturing automobile part such as bikes Indicator Part, Car AC part, car speedometer.

Polycarbonate, Polycarbonate +ABS, POM, Polypropylene, HDPE materials are use.

To monitor the Internal rejections & to carry out the actions to bring down the rejections to the target?

To take part in continual improvement in moulding?

To carry out the production as per the schedule?

To carry out the trials for new moulds & Feedback about the trials to concerned department?

Coordination with Quality & Engineering for continual improvement projects to Meet QC Objectives?

To train the operators in order to make them familiarize with product quality & Moulding process?

To monitor the OEE to meet the target

Have a rejection meeting with operator, discuss and analysis the causes take inputs from all members of dept for corrective action and improvement.

Refer weekly production plan and prepare daily production plan.

Arrange for the resources required for the production. ? ? ?

Check NCR, memos and modification accordingly updates the document.

Continuously review for the improvement in following area.

Quality, Quantity, Cost, Profit, System, Planning, Trace-ability & identification, Storage, handling system, Safety of operator.

Make continuous effort for improvement in overall efficiency, performance and capacity of our dept.
