Quality Control Engineer -

Interpretation of job drawing provided for every job order.

Inspection of work part after every operation performed on it (Like Cutting, Punching, Drilling, Notching, Stamping and Galvanizing).                                                                                                                      

Completion of orders as per drawing dimensions with minimum tolerance.

To maintain in-process dimensional accuracy in order to minimize the rejection of Work-Part.

Inspection of masterpiece, template piece and first part after operation to avoid batch rejection.

Allocation of hydraulic and pneumatic machines for project. 

Involvement in other Activities -

Proper co-ordination with production team to achieve monthly production target.

Proper utilization and management of work force.

Proper communication with maintenance team to avoid breakdown.

To check bundling quantity and handover it to dispatch department.

Raw yard material supply as per project order.

Checking of zinc layer after galvanizing.

To minimize the obstacles while performing various operations.
