Job Profile: 

To ensure optimum utilization of man, material, machine & mold in shift

Production planning as per requirement

Taking sole shift responsibility to develop and manufacturing process as per requirements.

Manpower control and utilization. 

Prepare the sap report and monthly production report also presentation. 

Preparing day to day machine performance report and follow up of machine breakdown analysis like that. 

Control & monitoring material flow in sap.

Mould change as per production programmed.

Customer complaint solving.

Mould setting, process parameter setting.

Process troubleshooting.

Daily lumps and rejection monitoring,

Attending mold break downs.

Man power Handling.

Suggestion & Implementation of Kaizen.

Online training to process technician& new comers.

To monitor process performance, efficiency, wastage data analysis.

New mould trial and communication with customer for approval.

Trial of new master batch and shade made for approved color shade.

Mould setting, process parameter setting, & effective   monitoring.

Ensuring 100% implementation and adherence of sap system.

Update of data as per quality requirement.

Provide all tech. inputs to commercial department regarding new product for costing.

Any other responsibility assigned by Manager
