Gap analysis of ?A? surface (Generative Shape Design).

A/B surfacing with A-Surface being the Input.

Converting 2D TO 3D models and drawing creation.

Creating 2D proposals for engineering features of plastic components.

3D and 2D modifications of components as per clients? requirements.

Creating surfaces and their features according to master sections provided by clients.

Reconciled process and surface warping is done for non offset/problem areas.

Analyzing whether the part has any clash or contact with the mating surfaces.

Knowledge power copy creation.

Creation of Tooling direction and draft analysis

Performing Draft Analysis and proposing lifter and slider directions.
