Study of packaging difficulties and having a major role to fix into the required vehicle geometry.

Creating tooling direction, slider direction & parting lines. Aware from mouldflow & draft analysis.

Interacting with VI/VD/CME/proto/homologation team for DFM, DFA, DFS, weight & cost target.

Modification of existing parts, drawings as per validation, service and market feedbacks.

Deciding Tolerance stack up & GD&T on the manufacturing drawing based on the functional aspects.
