Responsible for day to day quality control activities for all grades of SPTFE, Aqueous PTFE & DPTFE during in process & final inspection. 

Responsible for development of Quality control laboratory & equipment installation, documentation, Preparation of SOP?S & work instruction, Preparation of process flow chart & schedule for Internal Audits of plant. 

Responsible for Clearance of Incoming Raw material, handling & Calibration of all instruments used for analysis of all the different kind of PTFE grades, see step 4.

Experience of handling instrument like, UTM (Instron & Tinious & Olsen), MIT Flex Tester, Shore-D hardness tester, UV Spectrophotometer, FT-IR, TGA, DSC, True Density Meter, Surface area analyser, Karl-Fischer Titration, PH-ION Meter, Turbidity Meter. Particle Size Analysis using Beckmen Coulter Machine, Simpatec Machine & Using Sieve Method, Moisture analysis, Calculation of Standard Specific Gravity, Bulk density, % Shrinkage, % Growth of PTFE Billets, Measurement of Electrical properties like dielectric Strength, Dielectric Constant.

Experience to Operate Compression Moulding Machine of 25 Ton, 50 Ton & 70 Ton Capacity for Billet Preparation, Preform Paste Extruder (Jennings) for observation of extrusion pressure of dispersion grade PTFE material.

Also have knowledge of handling Gas Chromatography & UV Spectrophotometer.

Analysis of Aqueous PTFE (Latex) like Solid Content & Surfactant Content, Zeta Potential, Particle Size, Shear Stability, Coating, Critical Cracking thickness, Viscosity etc.

I have been completed the training in IDMC (Indian Dairy Machinery Corporation) comes under NDDB (National Dairy Development Board) for six weeks of time duration in the Opti film packaging Division, Unit: 4.

I have been completed the seminar & Project Work On To Study the effect of various acid-base constituents on the properties of Unsaturated polyesters resin based composites.
