Job Profile: 

Handle all manpower and planning takes place according to order also take care of process parameter and short out trouble shooting during production.

Managing man power, machine and materials quired to process for smoothly running the machine according to production plan.

Coordinate with QC and Production planning takes place according to order and color.

For achieving the set production target, we do plan to maintaining & keeping record for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of machinery for trouble shooting of different problem.

Knowledge of operation of Twin screw & Single screw extruder.

Knowledge of operation of High speed mixer.

Knowledge of operation of spectrophotometer and to find out value of delta E and L,A,B,C etc.

Very good knowledge of process parameter setting.

To maintain the stock variation during production takes place and also maintain the process waste during production
