Job Profile:

Working with polymers like HDPE, LDPE, DMC, SMC for Testing & analyzing of its properties.

Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information

Evaluate efficiencies by comparing process standards such as lab-our hours, machine cycle time to actual production values and report proposed improvement recommendations with timing to process engineering manager

To maintain 5S rules & procedures

Prepare capital justification for new production equipment, on-going improvements

Visiting customer places for complaints and preparing action plans on?the compliant & submitting reports.

Prepare weekly updates for process capability/ performance.
