Job Profile: 

Responsible for daily production planning of molded part on Injection molding machines.

Responsible to increase the production out put in the factory in the term of quality and as well as quantity.

Measurement & Monitoring of Productivity & Reduce cycle time & molding cost.

To achieve Production targets by optimum utilization of resources like men, machine, material, etc.

To set and maintain optimum process parameters and fine tune the process to ensure productivity.

To trouble shoot any process related problem, ensure molding quality and Establish. 

Presentation of wastage at the time of colour changes, mould changes & avoid lumps Production Planning & Scheduling

To maintain composition of material & reducing cost.

Maintain 5S & kaizen.

To take trials and establish process for the new mould and new materials.

Train to all workers about safety, Housekeeping and motivate to get the maximum output from individuals.

Analyzing trend of breakdown ensuring necessary corrective and preventive action in order to reduce breakdown.

Windsor M/C ? Sprint-400, Sprint-450, bole-880, BL ? 680, BL ? 580, BL-480, OMEGA-660 SM-350, DEMAGE-200 etc.
