Reporting to Manager (Production)

Basic knowledge of machine maintenance.?

Keeping the responsibility about the production in given plan.

Monitoring process parameter and controlling.

Inspecting the process as per quality.?

Trouble shooting and conditioning of process,

Handling the man power.

Calculating the m/c idle time, PPM, Production Efficiency.

Maintain ?5 S? principle in the shop floor.

Improvement works and ?kaizen? activity.?

Train to all workers about safety, housekeeping and maximum output.?

Also expertise in Rejection Analysis & Waste Elimination.

SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die).

Knowledge Of solve troubleshooting of product.

Knowledge Of line handling in the shop floor.

To maintain production target within the given time of period.

To Handle Mould change based on production plan and marketing Requirements.
