Provided technical support for both customers and field based engineers.

Utilize current production procedures to improve standards and production support.

Implement Poke Yoke.

Assembly Layout modified to reduce Production Lead time.

Initiate Red Tag Campaigns and Conduct ?5S? audits on weekly basis.
