Company Profile: Manufacturer of Moulded Furniture, Storage & Material Handling Products, XF Films & Products, Performance Films, Industrial Moulded Products, Protective Packaging Products, Composite Plastic Products, Plastic Piping System & Petrochemicals.

Job Profile:

Inspection of all In-process products, Finished products, Product Analysis as per defined sampling plan and evaluate against of standard specification laid down for the same with certification.

Monitor and record the machine Process Parameter and validation of any trial being carried out at plant and report details of same to UH.

The testing and measurement of all semi-finished and finished products, which are producing in your shift as per defined sampling plan and evaluate against standard specification laid down for the same.

Compliance of Quality approval process & ensure only approved products have packed and going out.

Updating all QA records as per ISO (Testing records-Daily, weekly and monthly report).

Maintain required data base and documentation as per defined quality plan, ISO 9001 and 5S checklist.

To issue non-conformance report of semi-finished and finished products and keep up dated its records.

Supervise overall quality compliance and clearance of non compliance products in shift.

Compliance of new policies & activities given by management within specified limit.



Plastic Testing Experience:

Mechanical property testing with UTM - (Tensile, Tear, Compression Strength ).

Moisture Content; Ash content Testing; Creep Test; Gel Content.

Rebound Resilience testing, Hardness determination (Shore -A); MFI Testing.

Water Absorption test for Foams, Decomposition temp determination of blowing agents.

Hardness determination; Self Life determination of bubbles; FR test as per UL-94.

Dimensional testing with Vernier Caliper; Dial Thickness Gauges; Micron Gauge.
