Operation of chemical process involving Esterification, Extraction, separation, solvent recovery and vacuum distillation and atmospheric distillation for production of chemical product.

Maintaining and monitoring process parameter, Technical troubleshooting, pump operation, data recording and carry out production activity by standard operating procedures.

DCS panel Operation.

Operation with heat transfer system, steam ejector vacuum pump and water ring vacuum system.

Manpower handling and monitoring.
