In-coming raw material testing (Pipe, Blow & Injection grade) i.e. Density, MFI & Carbon Black Content test.

In-coming raw material like as corrugated boxes, various bands which is using for bottles, BOPP tapes, Various Wads which is using inside caps, Various Films using for packing.

Product test like Drop test, stack test, Vibration test, Leakage test, Pressure tightening test, Compression test & chemical test like ESCR & Comp-ability test.

Microbial Test for Drums.

For PET bottles test like as Volumetric, Dimensional test, Drop test, Leak test, Vibration Test, Top load test, Bursting Test (For incoming raw materials)

Polaris-ed light test of all performs to assure the Quality in details

For HDPE PIPES- visual & Dimensional checking & tests like CBC, CBD, Reversion, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Density, Hydro-static Pressure Test etc as per IS: 4984,IS:14333,IS:14151 & ISO:4427.

For PVC Pipes- visual & Dimensional checking & tests like Density, Ash Contains, Acetone Test, Reversion, Opacity, Vic-at Softening Temp Test(vst), Resistance To External Blows At O?c (Drop/Dart Impact), Hydro-static Pressure Test etc as per IS: 4985.

On line & off line inspection.

Responsibility of Third Party inspection like BIS, CIPET, PDIL, RITES & IGP etc.

Quality control checks up as per Production Planning.

Responsibility for proper documentation as per Indian Standardize ISO & BIS also.

Responsibility of customer compliance.

Analysis report of down time & Rejections & accordingly provide CAPA report.

Control the rejections at on line as well as off line.
