Job Profile:

Conducting daily Shift Start up Meeting & Shift End Meeting and update document on PVD board.

Manpower control & Discipline in the shift.

Maintain 5S, TPM & kaizen activities on Shop floor.

To Train operators for improve productivity as per SOP.

Maintaining production quality documents (Start up, Set up approval & TPM check sheet, Production report, First off, In process inspection, Process Monitoring sheet).

Receive raw material from store as per daily plan & maintaining minimum inventory

Handling shift in Injection molding, man power planning, material planning and production.
