PPC:

?  Planning day-to-day activities, Production Schedules, Implementing 5 S tools 

   and allocating work for achieving of monthly production targets.

?  Monitoring production, keeping control over activities and analysing processes 

   fro stabilization thereby ensuring smooth operations.

?  Developing new mould/ material trials and putting the mould in production with 

   respect to functional & dimensional requirements with its mould repairs and

   mould maintenance. 

?  Coordinating with R & D department and providing feedback on market 

   requirements to initiate new product development.



Vendor Development:

?  Identifying & developing cost effective vendor/supplier base for cost effective 

   procurement of materials, spares and consumables & optimizing inventory hold
