Layout inspection of Component.

To maintain Daily check sheet.

Monitoring of all QA trainee inspectors.

Ensuring Quality of products as per drawing, Design specifications and jigs fixtures by conducting frequent inspections.

Implementation of 7QC Tools, 5M, SPC, Kaizen & 5?S Activities at Shop floor.

To ensure effective Incoming, in process & Final Inspections.

Knowledge of preparing the quality plans such as Dock audit, Process audit, work instruction, MSA, SPC.
