with ISO: 9001:2000 certified company, engaged in manufacturing of ABS thermoplastic resin since 1989 & technical collaboration with Sumitomo, Nagontac, Japan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Trouble shooting, repairs, operation and maintenance of various types of pumps including centrifugal, vacuum, vane, gear and screw etc.

2) Trouble shooting and maintenance of Agitators, Blowers, Rotary valves, crew    conveyors, Reactors, Mechanical seals, Various types of gear boxes, Extruder, High speed mixers & different kinds of workshop equipment.

3) Planning of PPM on the history of particular equipment. Day to day breakdown    maintenance of equipment.

4) Data generated by implementing various record, system and utilized to analyze the problem.

5) Responsibility for shift activity. Man power arrangement and proper allocation of job.
