Job Profile: 

Performing NPD Quality activities, incoming Inspection and Layout Inspection in Quality.

Review and interpret customer drawings and specifications for measurement capability.

Preparation and submission of First Article Inspection (FAI) as per the AS 9102 REV C requirements for all new products.

Conducting capability analysis (SPC) for critical parameters.

Preparation and submission of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) document to customer based on their requirements.

Preparation of control plan(CP), and Quality Check Point(QCP) during the New Product Development.

Control plan review based on internal & customer failures.

Reviewing/Validating Stage Drawing, Control Plan and Process Flow Diagram of Suppliers for outsourced parts. 

Assessment of Suppliers to requirements and educating them to meet requirements of customers. 

Responsible for Supplier Handling, Supplier Quality Control. 

Responsible for Material Movement in SAP QM Module. 

Responsible for Pilot Lot Production. 

Maintaining all inspection report and related documents.
