Job Profile: 

New Raw Material Testing and Validation.(Polymers, Plasticizer, filler,?Stabilizer, additive, pigment)

Documentation of Raw material and lab sample production.

Preparation of New formulation as different incoming raw material.

Color Matching, Printing and Lacquering of Lab samples.

Controlling production and quality standards of lab sample with defect less or without wrong production.

New implementation of product formulation according to costumer requirement for lab sample.

Quality control testing of master batches ?M.F.I.[Melt Flow Index] Specific gravity, Bulk density.



Technical & Characterization Skills: ?

FTIR -Spectroscopy, UV- Visible Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer,?Redwood viscometer.



Thermo-Mechanical - DSC, TGA.
