Job Profile: 

I am responsible for resolving all technical problems with the co-operation of the project and design teams.

As per the specifications of the customers, I have developed various projects and satisfied the customers in all respects.

I am responsible for monitoring the projects and for maximum usage of available resources and Equipments.

I am responsible for maintaining the tool room and undertaking all types of repair works in facility.

After analyzing the tools and mould fabrications, I am planning and executing enhancements to various programs.

I kept on analyzing the tooling machines periodically and identified the bothering issues and recommended methods for rectifying the issues and thereby prevented downtime.

I had been the leader of the technical team for the installation of all plant machinery and Equipments.?

I had been looking after maintaining the work force and work schedule to ensure that there is no slowdown in the progress of works.

I was responsible for the customer care and I did the job to the entire satisfaction of the customers as well as the management.



Mould Break down Maintenance

Modification & rectification of moulds.

Planning of Mould Maintenance

Development of Jigs & Fixtures.

Vendor development and tooling development.

Co-ordination with production department. Spare management

Preventive Maintenance according to preventive schedule

Assembly HRS & Sequence gate system

Break down analysis

Dealing with vendors and doing development

Process planning of new moulds & activities.

Maintenance of all moulds and solving problem which coming during running

Change all inserts in mould as per requirement.

Take care all hydraulic core and ejectors of moulds?

Maintaining of job cards, efficiency of workers & machines.

Online inspection of parts being manufactured.

Documentation as per ISO Quality management system.

Manpower handling & training for up gradation.
