Job Profile: 

Experience in managing complete Quality function (Product Quality/ Technical Service) for Polymer compounding & Color Masterbatch mfg plant.

Integral part of Technical Service for New Product Development (NPD).

Support customer teams for New Product/ Formulation trials and provide technical support. 

R&D team member for designing of the PVC compounds, PVC Masterbatch formulations.

Preparation & control all process related documents for QMS such as SOPs, formats for process/product data management.

Certified Internal Auditor for the QMS.

Develop and drive Quality programs essential to meet and maintain Quality standards & reliability of manufactured products.

Develops Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) by identifying critical control points, establishing critical limits, monitoring & sustaining procedures.

Execution of validation activity along with concerned departments such as validation & revalidation of machines, raw materials & finished product Process validation.
