Job Profile: 

Process setting and molding trouble shooting of injection molding M/cs.

Reduce process setup time & mould change over time by proactive planning.

Increase productivity by reducing cycle time & minimizing down time.

Reduce in process quality rejection PPM by controlling rejection & process improvement.

Daily PPS audit on every m/c and hourly monitoring of production report & component quality on every m/c.Close monitoring of planned activities & performance of M/cs in shift.

Maintain good manufacturing practices in shop floor.

Implementation of 5'S, kaizen and other improvement activities
