R & D work:-

Part- 1 FIBC complete testing of pp granule to jumbo bag testing as per customer required like

Ash tester,MFI tester using for granules, bobbin tape testing using tensile tester, fabric GSM as per denier, Check FIBC bag design or measurement of webbing or other like doc pocket, B-lock, printing tape testing work, rig testing.



Part -2 Food grade in use virgin material or as per requirement of FSMS,

Audits in floor as quality inspection :-

Proper ventilation for air quality.

Pest control procedures to prevent all pests from contaminating the FIBCs.

Metal detection to prevent any metals from the manufacturing process from contaminating the FIBCs.

Light table visual inspection for quality assurance.

Vacuum air cleaning for optimal air quality, humidity, and temperature.
