Press tool design review cutting, bending, stamping, progressive dies.

Tool process planning with production department.

Tool development & modification

Spare part management.

Direct contact with supplier then resolving manufacturing issue

Handling tool trial with production members & improve tool quality

Tool and die preventive maintains  and breakdown maintains. 

Maintain the mould &  tool P.M. plan, mould & tool  history card,  mould & tool critical spare parts all tooling documents.

Face  the audits  related  Mould and press tool & also responsible for press tool supervision.
