Work with quality control lab during production to ensure product Conformity with standards.

Prepare reports as per ISO norms & procedures.

Responsible for processing handling & problem shootout during plant Operation.

Colour matching.

R&D Formulation and Costing .

Correction of Rejected MB for Q.C.

Handling With All Q.C related Work.

Filter Index Tester.

Description of other duties in absence the of SAP person:-

Well known about SAP software, making PO, PP and maintain stocks activities, making report in SAP

Working on SAP-PP module .

Making BOM, Routing, production order creation,material issue,material receipt.

Making Raw material planning and material consumption  reports.

Making monthly production targets.

Customer Order Priority Management & Fulfillment.

Designed and developed the reports regarding the production like Monthly production report, monthly rejection report, employee performance report etc. which helps to analyze where we are lagging and which area of work needs improvements.
