Job Profile: 

Working as a Production Incharge in one of the leading industry of manufacturing Plastic mould components. The responsibilities include as follows.

Taking charge and responsibility of Production floor in shifts

Handling subordinates

Responsible for Process setup and attending trouble shooting. 

Planning manpower & M/C hours required to meet monthly schedule. 

Interaction with Quality Department in Matter related Quality Problems.                                                 Cross-checking of rejected/ rework able to find out actual reasons behind it. 

Implement Counter Measure and initiate Corrective Actions for Manufacturing Problems.

Responsible for maintaining quality during manufacturing by ensuring that all work is carried out on the shop floor according to standard procedure.  

Maintain & update Production related document.

Implement 5-S on shop floor and searching areas for improvement.

Maintaining document and carry out day to day activities according to requirement of ISO -9001.

Review production of the day/shift to identify the shortfall reasons and planned corrective and preventive action. 

Responsible for Trial of New Moulds and Trial of New Material

Maintaining document and carry out day to day activities according to requirement of ISO / TS.

Imparting training to Supervisors / Fresher about 5S, Process Behavior, Housekeeping, Shop Floor Discipline and New Product & Process.
