Job Profile: 

Mold setting with trouble shooting.

Manpower handling in proper way and handling post moulding operation.

Continuous improvement in production & quality of the part produced as per the quality plan.

Responsible for production planning as per customer requirements and stock activities in

mold-shop.

Confirmation for process validation which include process qualification report and process specification report.

Evaluation of Production system through ERP for better implementation.

Control on m/c downtime, process rejection, cycle time, wastage & consumables.

Responsible for ensuring the product quality as per Customer requirements.

Carrying out Rejection Analysis, Labour Productivity.

Coordination of 5S activities in the shop floor.

Continuous improvement projects (Kaizen activities in shop floor).

Responsible for Rejection percentage as per quality objectives.

Responsible for On Job Training for the subordinates and ensuring discipline in shop-floor.
