Job Profile : 

Plastic PP/HDPE  Woven sacks circular Weaving loom and Tape plant.

Handling 112 Alpha6 Starlinger Circular Weaving Looms and 6 Jumbo looms.

Handling 3 Starlinger Tape plants (Starex 1500 EX), 1 Recycle machine from Starlinger and Production Planning, waste control, and Quality Control.

Handling 6 conversion (Auto cutting and Stitching) machines from Starlinger and Taiwan.

Handling 1 Lamination Plant from Starlinger.

Maintain the specification of Customer wise requirement like Denier, Strength elongation &   Bag weight, length/width, control.

Manufacturing of fabric as per order requirement.

Monitoring and controlling maintenance schedule including corrective breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Co-Ordination with purchase / Store for spares and consumable. 

Ensuring high standards of safety and good housekeeping and proper environment of the factory.

Assess manpower requirement of the department and review with HR department.

Implementation ISO System within the department.

Achieve the Target set for the department.
