Sr Engineer ? Quality Assurance and Product Development, since  May 1997

with a company based in Western India taht is in JV with an Israeli company which are  world leaders in turnkey irrigation projects and PVC Ball Valves respectively.



Highlights:

*Configured the testing rig to test various types of Irrigation equipments like Valves, Filters, Junctions, Pumps and Controllers.

*Established full conversion system for mechanically operated valves.

*Designed and developed special purpose tanks with reinforced material and currently working on a project to develop Tanks and Filters in HDPE materials.

*Developed special types of Polymer Engineering Materials i.e. Glass Filled Polypropylene (GFPP)  & Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) leading to elimination of rejection in intermediate and finished products. 

*Designed and setup a Chilling Plant , Air compressor and Gravimetric Dosing Unit.

*Commissioned a high speed Extrusion Line with 240 kg / hr output.

*Improved machine capacity utilization upto 94 % and scrap rate upto 1.56 %.

*Member of the project for selection and installation of new extrusion line of 280 kg / hr O/P ,  25 TR Air cooled chilling plant .

? Preparation of Quality Plans for Bought out items, Raw Materials, Fabricated Items, Imported Items & In-house Manufactured Products.

? Inspection & Testing of In-house Manufactured Products i.e. Extruded & Injection Molded products.
