Job Profile: 

Responsible for ensuring the process setup.

Ensure clamp setting (clamp velocity, clamp position, mold protection, mold touch position and delay) Ejector setting (Ejector velocity, reverse and forward position and delay) Injection setting (injection velocity, injection time, injection pressure), screw rpm, suck back, back pressure, packing pressure, hold on time, holding pressure, cooling time, barrel temperature.

Ensure mold loading, unloading on the machine..    

Responsible for increasing productivity through combined work step.

Also responsible for process set-up of molding machine

Setting up production target and achieved the Same with in time and cost parameter

Supervising and motivating a team of workers

Implementation of kaizen 5s why why analysis poka-yoke on shop floor.

Verified production reports for the machine they operate.

Measurement & Monitoring of Productivity & Reduce cycle time & molding cost.

To troublrshoot any process related problem, ensure molding quality and Establish.

To take trials and establish process for new mould & new materials. 

On job training provide per operator.
