Provide technical support to external and internal customer 

Planning and execution of project preventive and conditional monitoring activities of all electrical and mechanical equipment of PPSPL system. 

Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations of required equipment. 

Conduct cost estimation of product and spare parts. 

Installation and commissioning of equipment as per given design Layout at site. 

Create customer documentation 

Maintain accurate record and file according to quality standard. 

Commission customize product system  on site and at customer facilities. 



Project Details

Completed more than 30 project for company in all over across India and also in countries  like Bangladesh and Nepal. 

Installation and Commissioning of project In different plant like PVC pipe plant, Cable Compounding, Polymer Compounding, Wood Plastic and Composite successfully.  

Erection and Commissioning of company from  Unloading and Jumbo bag empty station, small bag unloader, conveying system (Powder Loader), Additive Weighing, liquid Weighing and mixer automation etc

Installed equipment as per Ppspl layout design, and plant layout. 

Cable laying of various panel and M/C as per connecting load. 

Installation of Ppspl main panel and respective child panel as per layout, cable laying, cable wiring and commissioning of panel withintegration of mixer automation
