Job Profile : 

Responsible for the quality control of the DWC HDPE Pipes & Raw material through the on-line process of inspection.

Handle BIS audit.

Handling the evaluation of quality of the incoming Raw Materials, Chemicals, solvent cement, product accessories and packing material.

Final inspection of Extrusion process finished products & certifying the quality of the products.

Handling the investigation of technical aspects related with customer complains.

Always strive to innovate and troubleshoot problems in co-ordination with the production department to eliminate the rejection.

Handling all the ISO documentation of the department. 

Looking after all the testing & training activities related to Plastics Materials & Plastics products.

Maintaining of all the documents of observation report, equipment calibration, equipment log sheet, equipment Work Instructions etc. as per the requirement of QMS of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (A NABL Accredited Laboratory)
