Responsible for taking reporting from Quality.control  in process Inspectors.

Handling the different Test And Instrument at in-house for cross verification like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Pie Tape, Measuring tape,Impact test  Tensile test, MFI, Hardness, Flammability, HDT VICAT Glass %,Carbon black test, etc

Conducting overall testing of all products and Raw materials as per Standard.

Maintaining the Quality documents as per the requirement of QMS, BIS & NSF/ANSI 61.

Maintaining the Quality Documents as per ISO Requirements and inspection.

Maintaining the Calibration of all QA Equipment & Machinery.

Handling the Manpower in production department and maintained the daily reports.
