Then color and weight changes if necessary

Pressure, temperature and position setting

Profile setting for required thickness according to quality requirement(100 point parison programming). plc used is moog and Siemens.

Punch cleaning and punch centering if necessary.

Then take drop test, compression test, stacking test etc

if  test is ok then cycle time reduced and speed the machines.
