Testing Perform in Laboratory as:

PVC Compound as Density, Tensile Strength, Elongation at Break, Thermal Stability at 200?C, Cold Bend & Cold Impact test, Loss of Mass,

Bleeding Test, Shrinkage Test, Oxygen Index, Temperature index, Smoke Density, HCL Emission, Heat Shock test. 

XLPE Compound as Vicat Softening Point, Environmental Stress Cracking Test, Melt-flow Index.

Carbon Black Content Test 

Knowledge about the formulations of FRLS PVC compounds (Polyvinyl chloride).

Also knowledge about the different types of raw materials and oils which is used in the formation of PVC compound. 

Raw materials used in the formation of PVC compounds like as DOP, DINP, Chlorinated Paraffin TBLS(Tri basic Lead Sulphate), DBLS(Di Basic lead Sulphate), Antomy Tri Oxide, Stearic Acid, Bisphenol, Zinc Oxide, Sodium Sulphate, Plastic Powder Etc.
