Heading the overall production operations (Molding, Post Molding & Assembly, Steel, Uni Steel) from the 

stage of conceptualization to execution including finalization of technical specifications, capacity planning, 

procurement of raw materials, stage inspections, production scheduling, progress monitoring and manpower 

planning
