Job Profile: 

Inspecting the Incoming Raw material testing and analyzing them to control the process and preparing technical reports.

Managing / implementing the daily activities of the department personnel by setting planning. Schedules, priorities coordinating activities to meet project deadlines, troubleshooting technical difficulties and developing department working procedure

Act as liaison with management, regulatory agencies, subcontractor and or internal department on quality related matters as required.

Responsible for hiring training and supervising QA representative. will perform actives such as audits, program planning and setup.

Define Quality procedure in combination with operating staff.

Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation related to Quality Control.

Take initiation to obtain USFDA certification and ensure proper implementation of USFDA standard in every department.

Identify relevant quality related training needs and delivering training.

Assess the product specification of the company and its supplier and comparing to customer requirements.



Academic Project

Preparation of Starch, PVOH blend with Citric acid.
