Job Profile :

Over all activity related to production Such as-

Follow up planning in daily production and supervise to achieve highest production without any deviation from quality standard.

Control all Raw materials and Finished Goods Transaction.

Material Requisition

Monthly stock taking and record keeping.

Making all production report and ERP Entry.

Manpower adjustment, 

Making Daily Production Report 

Preparing waste report for Management and circulation every day.

Preparation of Down time summery Reports for management on daily basis.

Work order Utilization report

Preparing Quarterly & annually Production report

Maintaining Attendance & Overtime records.

To maintain the production log book, giving in details about each m/c problems, breakdown, production, scrap, counters etc, keeping all accountability of production data & physical stock to maintain ERP.

To maintain good cooperative atmosphere and to keep good housekeeping practices on the shop floor

To monitor and control Scrap and to initiate appropriate measures for reduction of scrap.

To use optimum efficiency of machines and man power.
